Lovely pub with a pretty garden. Good beer selection and friendly staff. Narrow and stepped doorways mean it might be awkward for wheelchair users.

Brilliant pub, unique in style and atmosphere with a fabulous range of real ales and other drinks. The garden is somewhat eclectic and has a lovely fire in the evenings where customers can warm the selves and chat. You may even see a kingfisher skim along the adjacent river.

Just what a pub should be, a great selection of local and national beers. Eclectic and formed by the character of current and past owners.
Probably not the choice of the "Tragically Hip" of the district, and most of the beers will leave you with change from a fiver, never mind a tenner.

Friendly, quirky local pub. Beer garden with several wood fires. Perfect for the autumn evenings. Welcoming and scruffy. The old style of pub. Whats not to like.
