Piss poor they never answer the phone numbers given on the website.. ignore e mails and texts... tried to contact them for 4 weeks to book a private party waste of time and energy !!!

A complete rip off. Boxing day originally advertised as 16 to 18's. My daughter, age 17, got 8 tickets for her and friends (£1 booking fee on each). They have now been stood outside for 2 hours and are being told it's over 18's. I checked the website with her when she booked and it was definitely 16 to 18. I've called and been told it's down to the promoter but they won't give me his name or anything. An absolute disgrace. The Star and Watchdog here we come.....
