Upon arriving seated at unmade table. Then a half hour before a waiter would take our order. We then waited 60 minutes for our starter then a further 60 for the main. Waited to order a sweet but got fed up. Shame as the food is very good but the service, or lack of let it down.

Great food, Arctic place. In terms of food there is nothing to complain about. Generous portions and tasty, but I had to keep on shutting the door as it was always left open and it's the middle of winter. Ruined the night to be honest. Great waiting staff though who are attentive. Just wished they would shut the door after giving everyone a nice welcome.

We were a party of 14 and were treated so wonderfully. All the staff were attentive and thoughtful and very happy. The food was amazing. Quick, hot and beautifully presented. We were a little loud at times but were never asked to be quiet. They arranged with us to secretly bring out the birthday cake and even added candles to make it more special. The whole restaurant and staff sang happy birthday, with everyone smiling and enjoying their evening. The prices are good and the menu is great. They cater for everyone if you don't want a certain thing. We can't wait to go back for a romantic meal for two. Thank you Amore for making my daughters 21st birthday so special ❤️❤️
