If I can give a minus one star I would. Customer service is ridiculously bad, tried to book a flight via phone and was requesting some information so was on the phone for a while asking about flight details, but a manager started shouting at the staff who was on the phone to me to hang up, because shes been on the phone for "too long", if she doesnt hung up he would fire her, so without a word the staff hanged up. I called back and this time he answered, he shouted down the phone at me and said he doesn't want my business so piss off, then he hanged up.
I was livid, I’ve never been treated so badly before, and will definitely NOT be going back there again even if someone paid me to try again. What kind of customer service is that?l
