Wonderful vets, nursing and reception staff.

The vets within the practice are great. The staff on reception are rude though, hung up on me and refused to let me know her name. Told me I was shouting down the phone. I had only called to cancel an appointment, not sure why I would have any reason to be rude or shout! Will never use this Vets again - have just sent a message to the manager about the staff member in question.

I unfortunately lost my cat last February, she was only 11 but had dimentia and arthritis, the vet Mark was fantastic throughout, was always at the end of a phone for advice and support and just as happy to check her over when need be. All of the staff were so lovely, especially toward the end of her life and when it came to her final visit they treated me and her with respect, and care and gave us some precious last moments in private with her, I have just rescued two more kittens and they will certainly be registered with Plymouth Companion Care Vets. Thank you all for your support at what was such an awful time.

I took my cat Olly into Pets at Home in Plymouth and as usual the service was excellent. They took a blood sample from him and they were able to tell me the result within 30 minutes. How good is that!.
The Vet who dealt with my consultation was Catherine who was brilliant.
They offer excellent value for money and they really do care.
Now with reference to the Reception staff I found the young lady yesterday was very helpful, warm and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you. However the other Reception member I find very matter of fact and not very warm. After spending 15 years of my life in charge of Reception in a multinational company I know what I am talking about.
I would highly recommend this veterinary surgery. Mark and his team are a credit to the practice.

absolutely disgusting! my husband found this dog last saturday and in all good faith we took him here to get him scanned to try and find his owners. We were advised that they definitely would not pass the dog on to the dog warden and would contact us in 7 days if no owner had been found as we foster for rescues and would have helped this little guy find a new family. My husband called monday and was told he was still with them but has called today only to be told that he has already been sent to the dog warden earlier in the week. The dog wardens do not rehome all dogs and many are just put to sleep! blatant liars and certainly not looking out for the best interests of any animals. how can a business that is supposed to be about helping animals do this....
