I didn't visit the Museum itself, although it would be an interesting place for visitors. At £3.00 for adults and £1.50 for children prices are reasonable for a tourist attraction. A family ticket (2 + 3) can be purchased for £8.00.
The Tourist Information has a lot of information about local places of interest and staff are friendly and helpful.
They also sell a range of souvenirs which are different to those available in the usual souvenir shops.
