Friendly service in this tourist information centre with some high quality souvenirs.
On the first floor there is the Mayflower Museum which is superb.

Upon walking in there is a member of staff who provides tourist information. When we visited, the lady was really nice to us. She was more than willing to have a chat and was helpful.
There is also a gift shop on this level.
Upstairs, there is a small museum which tells the story of the Pilgrims and the Mayflower steps. Particularly interesting for American visitors. There are various activities for children and is informative.
The museum also provides fantastic views over the Barbican and Plymouth Sound.
Entry to the museum is very cheap.
If you are already on the Barbican it is worth a visit.
