Beautiful synagogue with a fascinating history. If you can go on a tour (email the caretaker, Jerry), I highly, highly recommend it. Jerry's tour is incredibly interesting and well-researched, and gives an excellent overview of not only the history of Plymouth and the Jews who lived there, but Jewish life in England during different periods.
If you are in the area, it is definitely worth a visit!

Una excepción en la historia de las comunidades judías. Merece la pena sumergirse en los detalles para apreciar la diferencia con las del resto.
