If I could give no stars I would. The assistant manager Ben I believe his name is, is awful to start off with and so are the door staff. I Received uncalled for abuse from the door staff, then banned for no reason at all. Most disgusting I've ever been treated anywhere. It appears I'm not the only person who has been banned on the mere whim of the door men. I would avoid this place at all costs. Also The assistant manager should be sacked for the way he talks to and treats people.

Nice pub with a nice atmosphere, service is really good and the outdoor seating area is a gem.

Absolutely disgusted with the way the bouncers & manager treated me when I wanted to enter the pub (reduced me to tears) they were disrespectful & rude! They wouldn't let me in but wouldn't give me a valid reason as to why, they then got me banned from jesters also (baring in mind I do not know these bouncers & they defiantly do not know me) I was appalled by the way I was treated! It's shocking to hear one of the bar staff members is a woman beater too. Vile place, vile staff.

The beds are amazingly comfortable, I basically live in hotels the last 2 years and this place has had the best beds hands down. Great breakfast and staff and a warm cookee on arrival. Lovely modern rooms. Loved it.

This pub gets particularly busy in the early hours of the morning. The pub is often frequented by people that have been clubbing and end up here after.
Security are available but there are times when trouble breaks out.
Prices of drinks are reasonable and about the same price as competitors.
The pub is good for after hours drinking.
There is a large beer garden at the rear.
