Extremely disappointed that the life centre Management decided not to acknowledge the minutes silence today to remember our fallen. Disgraceful.
Would not of gone if we had known.
Thankfully our club didn't agree.
You have let down your members and staff and most of all your country!!
Definitely 0 stars.

NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!! Staff are far beyond rude! If possible, I’d give no stars!
Me and a group of friends were there yesterday for my friends birthday. The staff here are rude and they ruined my friends birthday. If that’s what they’re being paid to do then they should get a raise and they did such a fine job. But a lot of things put a damper on the occasion.
1: dodgeball: we were playing dodgeball with strangers and workers and my friend got hit in the face BY A WORKER and she was hurt. I said to him that he just hit her in the face and she’s in pain and he said “and”. So we left the court, bearing in mind were 15/16 years old and have no power over them.
2: Atleast an hour later all my friends were in the pool except me (as I cannot swim) and my friend who had forgot her swimsuit. We sat by the pool and other people were too, and there was no sign to say we couldn’t. Then a young man came up to me and my friend, no one else, and said “why you sat here?”. We explained we thought we could sit here and there was no sign so we didn’t know. And he said “okay well you’re not so...” and gestures to the door. We walked away and he yelled “oi is that something you always do?” So I turned around and asked what he meant and he said “walking away when someone’s clearly talking to you.” I’m not a rude person so I explained how the way he finished his sentence clearly explained we were finished. Then he got even ruder and said “Why you laughing?” After I sniffed due to having a cold. I said I wasn’t and that I was I’ll and he gave me the worst look ever and started treating me as if I was dumb. After him giving directions on how to leave, even though the door was right next to me, he scoffed and walked away.
3: Youth worker staff: after being kicked out by a rude pool staff. We sat outside the ‘Changing Village’ and two female youth workers were there. Before going to the pool we spoke to these women about going to the gym and they explained that we had to sign up as soon as we get in as the places fill up quickly. So I said “ah okay.” And that was the end of the conversation. When we were outside the changing rooms, they were meters away from us and talking about how we were “being rude” to the guy at the pool and 3 of us had “ganged up” on him. Even though there was 2 of us. One of the things youth workers asked “so where’s the other one.” And the other said “probably gone off in a strop. Not used to the word NO.” They carried on the conversation about us being rude and when they walked towards the pool door they said “they obviously saw the sign” read it, looked at us and walked towards the pool. After they left I went up to the sign and it said the open and closing times.

Absolutely disgusting. After checking online and phoning we went to the centre from Cornwall, with four excited children, to be told the toddler pool and flumes were closed for the day, this was at 11.30 am, they'd known all morning yet hadn't advertised on line nor advised on the phone at 9am! We weren't told this until they'd taken our Payment. Today we rang to confirm the pool was open and there weren't any problems, again we turn up to be told they had timed slots for the pool..... 2 hours ahead of our time! We were not told this on the phone! When asking the staff we were told by a member of "management" it wasn't her problem! A shrug of shoulders and walked away! If you plan on stopping here on a rainy day whilst on holiday.... or infact at all, I'd avoid. Rude unorganised staff, very unwelcoming. Complete chaos.

I am a fan of the life center and go there regularly but, however my daughter and her friend went to the life center as a treat.my daughter and her friend were jumping into the pool for fun ,but they were approached by a lifeguard in fact 2 one was quite polite and said "Sorry, no jumping in because the younger children might see and copy", but the other one said "No jumping!" Literally shouting at kids. So, as my daughter would, went and checked the rules that are on the wall but, they only said •No bombing •no diving... But it didn't say anything along the lines of 'no jumping' I singled out the jumping related rules there are a few more but not jumping related I am shocked that they got into trouble when its not on the rules.I do give it 4 star because great facilities and a whole load of fun.
