Found the whole experience great, friendly receptionist even though working under extreme pressure, got an appt for the next day, and appt was on time, Dr was great too, overall really rate this surgery 👍

Tried phoning waited 16 minutes on the phone as it was ringing and then got hung up on. Kept trying and still no answer. Is there any point in having a phone number?!

Receptionist are always helpful and very polite considering how busy the surgery is all the time they always have time to help with any querie i havee getting thru on the phone can be hard but again they are a very busy all the time thankyou all for your help

If I could I would even give one star literally disgusted in the lack of communication I've been phoning since 11am this morning and still the phone lines are busy? Even though there are multiple phones in and around the reception area!
