The most disrespectful, unhelpful service I've ever had. Obstructive and argumentative female practice owner. Outdated methods and a cascade of inadequate and often unnecessary treatment, which came at significant cost. DO NOT take your animal here!

We found the quality of care very good and the nurses were excellent. My issue is with the amount they charged. On our initial consultation, we were charged twice because the vet recommended blood tests. Because we were briefed on the blood tests, she felt justified in billing twice. If we were warned about such practice, we would at least have the information to make the decision. They also charge £12 per prescription which I've never encountered before, and on the final visit they said there was a small discount on the consultation. Small is correct. It was less than £2 off. In summary, while the care might be informed they do have questionable billing practices - a buyer beware scenario.

Great veterinary centre and the best vets! The vets are so caring towards my skittish cat and make me feel that she is really special to them. The prices are reasonable and they always give me such good advice. 10 out of 10.

Ewan and Brin are wonderful vets and have always taken such good care of our pets. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!

Lovely, friendly, family run practice who are willing to go the extra mile. I have been taking both my dog and cat here for the past 9 years and it has always been a professional and caring experience. The staff are all extremely welcoming and are so loving towards my animals, I always know when I bring my pets here they are in the best possible hands. I couldn't say a bad word about the practice and the staff. I would highly recommend Castle Veterinary Centre!
