I have used 9700700 for more than ten years i have ALWAYS found them ON TIME and a fair price...with some of the comments given are just NOT true....i think it is some people are just envious ...i will say no more? a loyal customer...N.s.s.

really and truly forest cars gives much more better service than nottingham cars even though their prices are few quids more than nottingham cars its worth paying for believe me i dont understand how their still running their firm

So disappointed. Twice my taxi arrived 30 minutes late, despite ordering the night before. I understand times get busy, but this just isn't ok. Even gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again.
Mostly rude drivers who expect you to know the route, which defeats the point of a taxi company.

We booked a late night pickup from Birmingham airport about 10 days in advance. The price was really good and the taxi guy was waiting for us as soon as we landed. No problems whatsoever.

Terrible company. Let me down very badly. Gave them my child seats for an airport pick up and they forgot to bring them on return. So my kids had to be taken in a car without car seats. Decided not to pay my fare until they finally found my car seats and brought them back to me. Handled very badly by management with no apology or offer to get the seats and bring them to me until I forced their hand. These people don't deserve to own a business. Total cowboys. Steer clear.
