Booked to be picked up after a long 10 hour flight at 9am from east midlands airport - gave them the correct flight number which they said didn't exist therefore no car was sent - although they didn't bother to tell me this, I had to ring them to see why our taxi wasn't there yet! We were waiting in the cold in the airport carpark for over 45 mins. Girl on the phone was extremely unhelpful and made it sound as though it was my fault. Will never use this company again!

Left srandard yet again,,, I said I would never use this taxi service again after the last time I was waiting for over an hour for a taxi. they say 5 mins but mean an hour, don't use this taxi service if your a woman alone.

Mini bus to and from holiday pick back up in Birmingham. Driver on time polite and nice chap. Best price locally too. Would recommend
