The lady on the info dest called Deborah was an absolute beauty. She was friendly, polite and very helpful. I got exactly what I needed. Thank you very much

This is a nice shopping centre, especially following the refurbishment a year or so ago. Parking is good, and there's something here for everyone. John Lewis are the key tenant, but there's lots here besides.

Largish shopping mall of two floors, includes many cafes, clothes and shoe shops, a lot of specialist stores, some discount stores, department stores and a supermarket. Also the Victoria Market upstairs in the southeast section. Toilets and ATMs. Lifts and escalators. Connected to multi-storey parking and a bus station. Some seating areas in the main aisle downstairs (not very good). Electronic display help and guidance including feature index, maps. The centre is still open overnight for pedestrians to walk through, but with most areas fenced off.

The best part of the victoria centre is the market. I love the market area. Can always find something amazing.

Their disabled toilets however are not the best and occasionally just locked with no one in sight.

I do like the Victoria Centre, but it's just too small to cater for the growing Nottingham population. It only has one set of toilets on the top floor at the back of the centre whereas it used to have two before. Parking could be cheaper. But... it does have a nice range of shops and new seating areas. I'm just not sure it competes with the shopping centres in the neighbouring cities
