Went in for a prescription and they didn't have it. No problem I thought, they said they'll order it and have it there tomorrow. Tomorrow comes not there, not been ordered. Following day "yes its ordered but it will be 2-3 days". 3 days later "not it's not here yet" I asked when it will arrive "we don't know". When it did finally arrive it was 10 days late and wrong! Good job it wasn't life or death. Different staff every time I've been in there with none of them seeming to know what's going on. Totally useless.
I'll cross the road and use Boots from now on, never had a problem with them.

i love this pharmacy. me been going there for years now to pick up my daily methodone. i would recommend it to all the Bulwell junkies on a script. oh... and if you're not a raging smack head they're good for other
stuff too. all the staff are lovely and friendly and one or two of them is quite fit. and they've got a robot that dispenses your drugs! magical! what more could you want from your local chemist?
