I have been training with Paramount Fitness for around 8 months and cannot recommend them enough! I say train with them, rather than attend boot camp sessions as it is like training with a big fitness family! All members encourage each other as well as the trainers. The trainers, Lee, Corey and Dan are brilliant at what they do; their knowledge on nutrition is priceless and the time they all have for you as an individual is amazing.

I have been going to Paramount Fitness for two years or so now, can't rate it highly enough. I started with bootcamps and now do personal training along with small group personal training. I've gone form 20 stone to 15 stone, feel great, and am in better shape now in my 40s than I ever was in 20s! Their nutritional advice, weight loss technique and fitness regimes are top drawer!
