My first class with Jasmin was incredible. I had been practicing yoga for some time, but her class was a completely different experience. I cannot fully articulate but I can say it was much more than only a physical practice, although Jasmin is really attentive to your movements. She is also a very generous and kind person. The other instructors I had classes with are all well qualified too. I think the people in the studio compensate any short coming that the physical space can have.

Really disappointed as I booked onto their Sunday Series & paid for the 4 week course around 3 weeks prior to the course starting. I then received an email a few days before the course started that said it was oversubscribed & I don't have a place. This is the second time I've booked onto a course at Bahia to then be told I don't have a place. The first time I was told to contact them a week before the course started to check if there was a space or not. Both times that I received the oversubscribed email, the course was still being advertised on their website. Perhaps it doesn't work on first come first serve? I'm not sure why a studio of this size cannot get a booking system that doesn't allow you to book if the class is full. That would save any disappointment further down the line. I have emailed the Studio with my feedback & was told they would keep reviewing their booking system. However the first time this happened was in September 2016 - that's already 12 months of reviewing their booking system. I haven't come across this type of issue with any other studio or teacher. It's really disappointing as I'd looked forward to the 4 week course & rearranged friends & family around attending.
Update on 25/09/17: since leaving the above review which I consider to be honest and fair, I have found that they have now blocked me from their Instagram page.
Update on 02/11/17: I have found that they have now blocked me on their twitter page also. This was incidental. I received a notification to say I had a question on this review. I clicked through to see what this was & accidentally clicked on their twitter link that came up in a Google search. A message came up on their page saying 'you have been blocked'. I don't really go on Twitter much so this did seem odd. Regardless of the blocking from their Instagram & Twitter pages, I don't hold onto any ill feeling towards Bahia. Having completed my 200 hour Teacher Training with them in 2015 I do however feel disappointed as my initial review was honest & fair. But no hard feelings from me Bahia.

I love to practice yoga with Bahia Yoga. I find all of the teachers to be supportive and encouraging and it has a real community feel, this encouraged me to undertake my own teacher training with the school, which I found to be invaluable - real life-changing experience.
Personally, it feels like 'home from home' for me, even when I haven't been there in a while. I find it to be a very special & relaxing place and so I was surprised to read the 1-star review below. For anyone who finds the booking system complicated, I would suggest to get in touch with the studio because they are so welcoming and always happy to help.
There is always a wide-range of yoga classes, trainings and workshops and so I subscribe to their newsletter and keep a check-in with the events calendar.

I recently went to the early yoga session followed by breakfast at Outpost. The yoga session was a great start to the day. Can't wait to go again.

It is a beautiful place to practice yoga. The team is friendly and welcoming. Lovely teachers with good training and experience. They have different levels of yoga for all types of people.
