We loved it a family fun evening together with kids from 11 to 22month old they thoughy it was so much fun

Great slushies and some of the staff were nice, arcade games were abit ourdated and sometimes didn’t work and there is abit of a funny smell there

Avoid this one if at all possible bowling is bowling but the staff here are below par problem one they had an offer on which was half price drinks but when going to the bar and asking them about it they told me this was only for the Tuesday and should not be on display and subsequently took it down secondly one of our party the person in question being the birthday boy was told that as he had non marking soles he did not qualify to receive bowling shoes which we thought was a bit strange so I had a word with the manager and he said this should not have happened he went away to investigate and never returned with an answer upon leaving I question him about this and he said he hadn't had a chance to have a word with the member of staff and question and offered to get in touch with me when he found out I asked him if he wanted my phone number and he said yes but then just went on to ignore me and attended to another customer it was to my understanding that this gentleman was the deputy manager and certainly was not up to the job in question his customer service skills are severely lacking disappointed after we had paid over £90 for two games of bowling.

Fun place to go play bowling, pool or arcade games. I wouldn't describe it as a swish place, but it has a lively atmosphere.
We experienced an issue where there weren't enough balls for the pool table as some kids had nicked them. This was sorted swiftly by a member of staff.
It is a good place to take all family.
