There are 2 areas that made rate this 2/5. Food needs a huge improvement. The pizzas are a hit and miss with very little consistency in flavour. The pastas are just average and half way through you feel punished for making the choice.
The manager tries his best to keep it friendly but I guess his staff just makes it more difficult. I suggest more attention be paid in training the staff to be polite even when it's a busy night. To be honest, I would not visit this place and rather go elsewhere for better food n service.

Front of house staff were very good in difficult circumtances but the food was poor, we left most of it. The pasta was overcooked and dry and the ovens werent working so a lot of the menu wasn't available. we weren't told until after the starters had been eaten. In all a two course pasta lunch took 2 and a half hours. Will not be returning.

Delicious food here and the staff are really friendly and helpful. It's a little expensive so wouldn't be going very often but definitely worth a visit!

It's a good place to eat. More expensive than the cheap and cheerful Pizza Hut round the corner but then the food is a notch (or two) above.
Service was friendly if not the most efficient but certainly not anything to complain about.
My only complaints are that they were clearly trying to look busy so 5 of us were a little cramped around a table for four even though there were larger (unreserved) tables nearer the back of the restaurant. The air con was ramped up to 11!
Worth a visit though if you fancy a meal rather than a quick bite.
