I used to be a regular here, but since the young girl on the front desk is always serving and answering the phone now, I will never go back there till she has been sacked, Her attitude is the worst I have ever encountered in customer service, she is arrogant, obnoxious and damn right rude to whoever she speaks to, I’ve witnessed her on the phone to other customers while I’m waiting for my food, and just stood there in complete shock as to why anyone bothers to come back and order again here. As for the food it WAS my favourite Chinese, a little over priced but nice clean food.
A message to the owners get rid of the girl behind the counter she is DAMAGING your business and driving customers away...

Horrible food, horrendous service the Lady behind counter was rude and unprofessional. No wonder there was no one except my family inside the takeaway. Never too go back again.

Average food, not competitive prices and poor service from the young girl behind counter, abrupt and rude with no eye contact, no please or thank you. Won't bother again. Sam's Chinese opposite hospital much better option.

Just come back from wok2go in oxley park brilliant service delicious food and a great idea with the mini woks for the kids my son has been raving on all ready that he wants to go back and that its even better than mc Donalds (thats something for you to think about)
