Always open and honest with treatment options for our cat and the nurses happily offer advice.

Staff are polite and well mannered, but they are just after money. Took our cat to it four times over four weeks. Each time they took tests, gave vaccinations/injections (though I never saw the results of the tests and I don't know what they injected). At £70-100 per visit, I got fed up and took my pet to the RSPCA vet who told us it was old age and there was evidence of organ failure. RSPCA told us, subsequent blood tests/further vaccinations would be of no use and a waste of money. They advised us to put our pet down, as it would suffer unnecessarily (and had been for the four weeks we went to Park Vet Clinic). Sadly our cat died painfully a day later. Whilst the staff at the clinic may be polite, I am left with the feeling they just wanted to do more tests to make money off us, and our pet suffered needlessly. I wouldn't ever use Vet Clinic again.
