Great people so friendly not to expensive and they get straight down the problem that is wrong with your pet. I totally recommend these vets to anyone and have done. Wont take my pets anywhere else now. Thank you for everything you have done for my animals xx

I have always found Amber Veterinary service very helpful and professional. My only complaint was one evening I went to the vet at 6.50 and it was closed when opening times state they are open till 7pm. Apart from that I have been very happy with Amber for both my cats and dogs needs.

I can't relate to the reviews below, I'm afraid, although I took them into consideration when choosing this centre. Amber vets are rather pricey in comparison to other clinics, don't keep good records and don't check the animals thoroughly . They saw my cat thrice, twice for vaccinations (which went fine) and another time by appointment, to see what was the reason why my cat kept scratching compulsively. Although they promised they would do some allergy tests should we come back (we had told the vet about it before), they made no notes of it and the second vet, who hadn't seen the cat before, told me I was worrying too much. Now that Timmy's ears are becoming red and sore, I had to transfer him to another clinic, pay for another consultation, etc. £30 simply wasted.
Later edit: I gave them three stars, because the first vet was really nice, vaccinated Timmy and gave us flea drops for free. But would still not recommend it for anything that's not routine job, as I wasted a lot of time and money figuring out what was wrong with my cat, instead of simply going to a vet that would give him a treatment.
