I had the Ultimate Stress Relief massage with Paula and it was lovely! Staff seem to be very friendly and I was offered a drink as soon as I arrived. The massage itself was really great and relaxing, and Paula asked me before starting if there were any areas I'd like her to focus on. I'd highly recommend this massage and I hope I can come back soon!

Had a fabulous treatment at Spa Satori.. today (Hopi ear candle and face massage). Jennie and Abbey were very welcoming, making me feel at ease from the moment I stepped into the salon. Jennie gave me background information on Hopi treatment and explained what I could expect during the treatment.....wonderful session with additional massage around ears, will definitely have again. Abbey's face massage was super relaxing and lasted a good length of time. Very professional but approachable..would definately recommend 👍🏻

UPDATE: Went back to Spa Satori for a Brazilian yesterday for which the waxer stated it was an easier and more precise job if no underwear is worn during. Just one of those things! I reckon if you've had a child or at the very least a smear the idea of having somebody working full frontal on your lower bits is not so frightening. But those who haven't experienced either yet and are nervous at the idea of getting a wax I definitely recommend Spa Satori. The entire experience was relaxed, pain was very minimal and there were no embarrassing moments. Waxers are total professionals. Ladies, you're in good hands here.

I had my first bikini wax and Gina was so chilled and friendly that honestly it was no bother. Barely felt a thing and managed to keep my dignity throughout (I think!). Booked in again before i left so will be back soon! I've also had a facial and a massage here before both were fantastic and I left so relaxed. Plus I had my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted here today too! It's the best one stop spa I've found in the city centre and I definitely recommend it!

Visited yesterday and I can honestly say I was really impressed. I booked in for a facial and back massage. Unfortunately, I have developed an allergy to sulphates which is in everything nowadays. After a chat with the ladies, they found a solution for me. I was a little apprehensive as to whether I would wake up this morning with a reaction but my face is still feeling fabulous and not a hint of a problem. The whole experience was fabulous from beginning to end, they took the time to work out a what would be best for my skin and Emma was great. I feel so refreshed. Thanks ladies x

I had all of my pre holiday waxing done by Gina and Spa Satori. I've visited before for body scrubs, wraps and massages but not for waxing.
Gina worked very quickly, and also carefully. I'm really pleased and will definitely be returning.
