Room basic. No better than a holiday inn. TV rubbish. Soap screwed to the wall. Located in the heart of the city. Service was acceptable. Edward text service didn't work. Waited 45 for a brush that never came.

Easily one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are beautiful and have everything you could need. Great showers too. Give the restaurant a miss though

We had a fantastic night here for our 25th wedding anniversary, and stayed in the Genesis suite, room and bathroom extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Staff were very helpful and friendly,can't wait to come back.

Located close to the Manchester main Venue, the hotel is really clean and 15 minutes to the airport. Rooms are big and not that expensive compared to hotels with similar categories. Staff really nice and professional. Room service is fast and reliable. Overall great experience

Great location. I stayed there as it was conveniently hosting the convention that I was attending and was pleasantly surprised by the charm and quietness of their facility. The personnel was very helpful, friendly and polite. Rooms where a little bit small in my opinion although pretty comfortable. I recommend this place vividly.
