Been a few times for a course of laser treatment and had a cut and blow. Always been really happy with the customer service and experience. The girl on the phone is always lovely. Was really happy with my hair and loved the cut. Absolutely no complaints. Love the text reminder service too. Received a reminder yesterday for my appointment tomorrow. Very happy and will continue to use despite me living miles away!

Customer service is so bad. I have had 3 appointments cancelled and they are always running late. You have to book weeks in advanced to get an appointment and then they cancel via text. The treatments are good once you get there but I won't be recommending them to anyone. So unreliable!! Such a shame

Rude and unprofessional please don't waste your time. From receptions to the hair stylists. The place is not clean and the experience was terrible. The have pulled my hair and used unsuitable brushes and could not remove them from my hair. They had to cut my hair to remove the brush from my hair. I have been to salons for many years and never had similar experiences. I strongly advice people to choose some other place . They have unqualified staff. Avoid!

Thank you for the best haircut. The stylist was amazing, I've always had problems with haircuts because they always cut it too short but this time I came out with the perfect length. I purchased the vowcher on groupon and I was treated very well and offered a drink. My hair is very thick and hard to straighten and when I came out I had silky and shiny hair! People who are complaining are probably too fussy and hard to please.

I have super long hair and it takes at least an hour to wash, cut and style. I was out of there within 40 minutes and wasn't even offered a drink. The stylist just dried my hair and I had to ask for her to style it. Even if you're getting a good offer or a voucher to use here, please save your money people. It's a joke of a salon!
