The service, the food and the the views were lovely. I was with a party of 13. We had afternoon tea which was very nice. Our waitress was very polite and friendly.

Very good experience. Spacious rooms, good quality bedding and very clean. Bar very good and breakfast good also. Views of the city are exceptional. Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel but a bit all reputation no substance. Room was a twin and pretty basic, have stayed in better with a lower grade. Very expensive simply because it's Hilton. Nice place to star spot but nothing to get excited about.

First rate hotel with very pleasent staff. Felt welcomed by everyone as if the genuinely wanted you to be there. Rooms were fantastic with some excellent views of the City. Breakfast was also A*. Didn't go to the sky bar but would stay here again and try it.

Myself and (9yo) daughter have stayed here numerous times, and the quality of rooms and service has been second to none every time. She particularly loves the pool and hot tub and the views of the Manchester skyline are great! I have finally managed to book us in to the Presidential Suite on this occasion, which is amazing! A massive "Thank You" to all the staff for the warmest of welcomes. Can't praise the whole experience enough 😊
