Jacuzzi not working ambitious having one i guess, this place is empty, you have to go down stairs to get to the play rooms, the play rooms were very cold, cold in a sauna ???, only three blokes there and not what i would call attractive. One bloke a few hairs on either side with matching teeth, a few either side. WILL NOT BE GOING AGAIN.

Came here at weekend had a great time, the place Is so cool and it’s clean , staff here is really nice and friendly! Fully recommend!

Having sat in the sauna for over an hour I neded to cool off and recharge myself, so took myself off to a cabin and looked the door, only to have it constantly banged by the member of staff to make sure I wasn't sleeping. No love I wasn't using the place as a hotel as I live on the edge of the city centre, if I did however require a hotel for the evening I would take myself to the Mercue hotel on Portland street, or the Hilton on Deansgate. So well done Base you've lost another customer
