This place does do nice food when they get it right unfortunately the staff are more and more arrogant less understanding of spoken English and when u complain it's your fault I asked for a burger meal got home and what do u no it's 2 peice chicken and chips sorry but that's not my fault listen to what your being told

The food is amazing and fresh and the staff are always happy to help and friendly i would recommend the hot wings they are delicious

The chicken is so lit and the staff are so nice, u need 2 go there!

Reduced from 5 stars because the quality isn't consistent. The last time I went the bread bun was solid as a rock stale, the chips were half cooked and still hard, and the chicken was cold and hard, went straight in the bin. Disappointed that they would give it me as I'm a regular customer. Usually though.. The chips are awesome, and chicken tastes better than KFC, the gravy is perfect like KFC too. The staff are very friendly and fast. 5 star hygiene rating too. I've been to other chicken places on the street and the food is no where near as nice. But yeah, it's a risk, sometimes its terrible
