I have been seeing Cat for rehabilitation following patella realignment surgery. She is very professional and incredibly knowledgable. Cat has tailored my programme to ensure it stays interesting and also ensures I am comfortable with the exercises I do and alters things where necessary so it's not painful. She has also treated me before for muscle pain in my back and shoulders, I can't recommend her highly enough.
