after recently leaving hospital i need a change of prescribed medication, i have spent all morning trying to telephone "well pharmacy, park view, longford rd, reddish" no one is answering the phone, i can`t leave home so how do i get my new medication. i have phoned WELL Head office and there is an automated message which sent me a new number, the number put me through to a radio station. IS WELL PHARMACY BEING PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED ? it appears to be a complete shambles. this service is a life saver when operated properly. i can`t help but think there will have to be a serious existential incident before that old cliche "lessons have been learnt is used by them"

The Well pharmacy on the Fens estate Hartlepool has gone to the dogs , the staff need to be retrained in customer service , if you leave a script to be picked they do not bother to pick it until you call back even if it's later the same day, they run out of stock quite frequently and people wanting painkillers have to suffer waiting for the stock to be renewed.

The waiting time at this pharmacy is a laughing stock, everyone is talking about it in my area.

i will be taking my custom elsewhere in the future.

I only gave them one star because they would not let me post it without a star rating ( Well pharmacy NO STARS)

my wife uses the Well Pharmacy in Duston, Northampton. The service there is absolutely awful. She has numerous repeat prescriptions to collect each month for each of us. They used to be quite good until they changed their system around 3 months ago. Now it seems they can't get anything right. Every time she goes in a different customer is complaining about their prescription being incorrect, either not there or the wrong items ordered. Surely it's not that difficult to train staff to get things right first time. The staff attitude is wrong & perhaps needs someone to train them on customer service. All these bad reviews cannot help your company.

The service at my local pharmacy Fens Catcote Road in Hartlepool is disgraceful. Incompitant staff, who never take responsibility for their mistakes often attempting to convince the customer that is a mistake they have made.
Leading to prescriptions not being ordered correctly if being ordered at all? Every month i order the same repeat prescription and every month a mistake is made. This months mistake was was sending my prescription request to a GP practice located at the other side of Hartlepool , a GP practice I have never been registered. Of course this was my fault for not informing them of which GP I'm registered with when I transferred from my last G P Practice? Which was an automatic transfer due to amalgamation of local GP practices several months ago .
This has lead, yet again to me going without much needed medication and pain relief .I did attempt to call head office on a number of occasions, allways on hold for close to 30 minutes and still not getti g to speak to anyone. I felt it in my best interest to vent on here rather than the actual chemist due to not wishing to get arrested for disturbance of the peace and agrivated aassault.
