Got a free one to one gym session with Paddy, who was friendly and professional, I'd never done the machines at the gym before (just running) and we did a really effective 1 hour workout (adapted to my strength). I actually feel like it snapped me back me into shape (which is good, as I'm going on holiday soon ^^'), so I'm glad I went!

Thank you to Excelerate Fitness for coming along to our meeting and giving our ladies a great taster in what their gym is all about. We had some great feedback afterwards to say how much everyone enjoyed it, will definitely recommend!

Paddy is a great personal trainer offering a variety of exercises specifically altered to suit you. He offers moral support, not only whilst in the gym but will always reply to questions via text or email. I have been seeing Paddy for 6 weeks and already noticed a difference in myself - not only physically but mentally too.
I will definitely continue to visit Paddy for the foreseeable future
