Really good experience. Good sized family room, clean and modern. We were late for breakfast but the lovely lady arranged for us to eat in the bar, thank you. Really well situated for the city and all it has to offer. Would definitely use again.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Rooms were of a good standard but the customer service was absolutely exceptional. I missed the breakfast slot on one of the days and staff were still able to serve me hot food from the kitchen. They also kept the bar open until me and my colleague had drunk them dry into the early morning.

I stayed for two nights whilst in Manchester on business. The beds were rock hard and only 2 small pillows were provided, I asked for more but none were delivered to my room. The mattress was thin and uncomfortable and the duvet was also thin. The soundproofing wasn't good either and I could hear every footstep of the person above me. The toilet was really cramped and small I don;t know why they just didn't include it in the bathroom. The staff were friendly but forgot to bring me extra pillows as requested. The breakfast was great. The shower was hot and powerful. I don't think I would stay here again, and I stay in Manchester one or two nights a week with work.

Essentially staff are really good, make you feel welcomed and cannot really fault the service. However I have stayed twice and have never had my rewards points added even after, emailing the hotel twice, emailing accor rewards and mentioning it on my last stay and they still have not been applied. I stayed at the Novotel at Milton Keynes for nearly six months and they have set the standard for the level of customer service I expect from Novotel. I've not seen the Novotel in Manchester set that standard.

Nice room and facilities. Breakfast was generally very good, although the idea of having tea in teapots prepared in advance meant that it was invariably lukewarm. Reception staff were very helpful. The replenishment of consumables in the room was very poor. No tissues after day one. No replenishment of tea, milk and sugar on the second and third days of my stay.
