Very inflexible, bad organisation and the ladies at the desk are generally very superficial. I had a test and they said "we'll call you when we have the result". After ONE year nobody called me back, I went there and the girl (she looked very young to me) didn't even gave me the paper with my results, I know that I am ok after one entire year only because a word of mouth.today, after booking a visit. my bf called saying that he was late because the traffic and it was impossible to be visited, he even said to her "please it is very urgent, I can wait but please don't let me come back". He was in pain but nobody cares. He had to rebook the appointment, so he's in pain now and he's gonna suffer more days because people who works there follow the rules doesn't matter what happen.

It's a busy medical centre. It can be hard to get an appointment but the quality of service is very good
