Ok food not as good as last time. Had to send back the lamb shank and all the gave us off the bill was one drink. Would give 5 stars if the service was better

Me and my boyfriend were staying at one of the penthouse rooms at this hotel. It was absolutely lovely and we were very warm welcomed by the receptionist. The location is great as well!!

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the city center, but because of the many night clubs near by it was quite noisy. The staff were lovely, very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the bed was very squeaky and the sink in the bathroom didn't work very well and tended to splash water around.

Balcony room was lovely as we could sit out and enjoy with heating!
Rooms are decent and clean and despite not being quite as luxurious as our usual haunt the Gotham we actually thought they were really good value for money.
The service from staff was really good too with prompt room service for drinks and reasonable prices.
The toiletries in the bathroom were exceptional loved the shower gels etc.
My only annoyance was the bathroom LED lights kept buzzing and flickering at night.
Would return definitely.

The location was great for the concert we were attending and was easy to find. The hotel decor was lovely and different than the average hotel. Facilities in room were great, everything we expected. The only down side was a couple of damages in the room such as missing handles on bedside table, watermarks and a wonky pillar on the bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely visit again
