Called in on the 5th November for the big game. The place was packed as expected. I was driving so didn't have a drink, however I did have a large glass of Blackcurrant and Lemonade. When I asked for another shot of B/C because the first one was very weak ( watered down maybe? ) the young guy who was serving me was EXTREMELY RUDE and looked at me as if I'd asked to marry his sister.
I also decided to have a small starter and it WAS SMALL. A Black Pudding Stack, as I said small and cold.
The television we were watching also had problems !!!!.

Just had Sunday lunch. Beef was tough. Not the best I've ever had so won't be having it again. Staff very nice x

Well arrived tonight four of us 20.10pm got drinks in then a table after ten mins just checking out menu options when nice young lad Aron tells us Sorry chef has decided to stop doing food !!!
Great it's not even 8.30pm.
Was told today Restaurant open till 9pm.
Even Aron telling us Sorry 6/7 times, does not make us feel any better at all.
NOT IMPRESSED with Mr so called chef !
Not Best way to treat your customers.

Early days but good Refurb job.6 Holt's / Charlton ales on draught. Menu looks like good value so will try next time. Definitely worth a visit or two!
