Watched The Weather Station play here. Such a cosy tucked away venue. Great drinks and atmosphere.

It's a proper old school pub. That means the decor and furniture is proper old school too. If you like the new style fancy bars of spinningfields and that then this isn't the place for you.
When you walk in the locals propping up the bar will stop mid conversation and you can almost hear the record stop playing as everyone looks round. They just want to make sure your not one of those sort that likes those fancy bars of spinningfields or drink Stella and fight. Friendly musical types only!

Bit daunting when you first walk in but it's the perfect music venue! We fell in love with the place. G&T's were made to perfection 👌

Used to love this pub but, on the past two occasions I've been, it's been shut despite the opening times sign saying it should be open! I'll give it one final go and here's hoping!!
