C'est tres bien. Great cafe in a fantastic location. Friendly staff serving great food and drinks. Here they serve a good selection in a friendly environment. The staff are happy to help with orders and drinks etc. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Didn't wash my salad, which was gritty, and overcooked my steak. Shame as it was nice atmosphere with good service.

Cafe Rouge surprised me, I wasn't expecting it to be anything special but not only was the food pretty decent, the staff was also very personable and the waiter Sheldon really made the visit enjoyable.
The decor in there is also bright and airy and if you come in after 7pm you can have the table for the whole evening. It was a really good visit and I would definitely go again

This will rank among our worst ever restaurant meals. We waited well over half an hour for anything to arrive and when it did the food was frankly shocking. The Bistro salad with goat's cheese was a limp and tasteless mass of tired vegetation, the steak baquette a piece of tough over-done meat in a gigantic piece of bread and the ham omelette had obviously been kept warm and was effectively cooked twice. Never, ever again.

Our first visit, was greeted by friendly staff. Service was quick. Meal was lovely. Would certainly recommend this restaurant. Also, we got 30% discount with the Blue Light Card so all you NHS workers take note. We were served by Sheldon - very friendly and courteous
