If you're looking for a highly experienced, knowledgeable vet that actually spends quality time with your pet assessing their health and wellbeing than Pets Naturally is the vet for you. My dog is no different than my children and I feel that he's in the best hands here.

They had a lot to say about foreign veterinarians, even UK ticks were better then the rest of Europe. Did not even have a proper look at my dogs while registering them. One was in pain and needed care, he asked for a urine sample, charged 239£ and I never heard of them again. When asked about the results ... well ... I'm still waiting!

Both my cat Toby and my dog Rufus feel loved by the staff at Pets Naturally, everyone has a kind a gentle manner and are so very helpful in giving practical advice on how to take care of your pets. From feeding to travelling to Europe with your pets, to the special needs of a three legged cat, all three of the vets are full of knowledge and can answer all of your pets needs. I also love that they have longer opening hours than most vets so it's easy to get appointments in the early evenings and weekends.

Satisfied with Pets Naturally above and beyond. Great doctors, great reception, small clinic with friendly approach.
I saw Eleanor with my two hairless cats. Eleanor was very nice and knowledgeable. She took time and patiently listened about all the concerns I had with my kitties, examined both of them and provided objective recommendations without stressing or pushing me with what needs to be done. She was able to answer all the questions I had.
I am hard to please but I would definitely recommend this one.
