HI .I know everyone have different opinion but I have to say that I am a male and I go many times to this place and always staff are very friendly and I am always happy with the treatment and staff smile .nothing is perfect people for that ones that complains for everything . all I want you to know is how I feel .Thank you

If I could give 0 stars i would. Went for an eyebrow tinting for 2 and it was a horrible overpriced experience. For someone with darker hair it does not show up and if blonde shows up grey. We left with completely botched and uneven eyebrows. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Very friendly service! I have been many times for eyelash tint, eyebrow tint and eyebrow threading. Always happy with the result!

There worse experience possible.
If I can call it an experience as the 2 rude girls at the entrance refuse to even book me in for an appointment and were having a power trip.
I never treated like this before and living in Kensal rise I will make they get the reputation they deserve.
A disgrace and I would be surprise if they were not racist or simply extremely stupid.
As a customer inquiring about a service n just wanted how to get my nails done i find a bit strange I gave to go through so much drama.
My advice : don't go there and support rude people
