Completely agree with the bad reviews! It is like a factory there! the manager is incredibly rude, reminded me of the sceen from Seinfield! Do not go! And their manicures nor shellacs last! Waste of time and money!

First when you go in there you are so confused with who to talk to and what to do, nobody explain just say few words like, sit here, go pick a colour, if you are first time there you won't feel welcomed.
I went in today for a pedicure, I'm pregnant so I said I don't need colour, and waited about 15 mins on the chair, and finally when the pedicure started, the lady did it very rough and both of my feet were bleeding, in pain, and she insisted to put colour on, I explained that I'm pregnant I don't need it so she applied some oil on my nails, and that was it, my dead skin is not treated at all, I simply got my nail cut with very rough hands and end up walking home painful, I will not waste any 25 pound again in this salon.
I wish this help you get an idea about if you should go in.
