I have been going to Padraig, who is now split between Fulham and Westbourne Grove, for years. He always does a brilliant job on my hair and I find all of the staff to be extremely welcoming. I go quarterly for colour and cut and always leave feeling good.

I visited the Aveda beauty area and opted for the hour facial. I was in and out the front door within 45 mins. As there is a consultation prior and you obviously need to get undressed and dressed again, the facial itself probably only lasted around 35 mins. Wish I had saved £82 and bought myself a 50p face mask at home which probably would have done the same job.

Dreadful.
Appointment with Artistic Director to match existing colour 8 (warm light brown) with Aveda equivelant, as wanted to change to brand using less chemicals. Colour applied by self absorbed AD was 5 (dark chocolate brown).
He did not see the rather drastic colour change as a problem and felt I was being unreasonable. He reluctantly suggested stripping off the colour with a mild form of bleach and tinting again, claiming that this would actually be good for my hair and get the colour CLOSE to the original colour.
His rudeness kept escalating, culminating in a massive and hilarious hissy fit. The manager was ineffective and condescending.... Catherine Tate style. Have played back video of our conversation to others to check that it was not my imagination.
I left the shop half way through the correction process, with a refund and bright orange hair...it seemed to be the least risky course of action.
Its only hair...but I look silly and feel foolish for choosing this salon.
p.s. he blamed his boss Ms Conway for instructing him to use the wrong colour....

I came here last year and Paul did my highlights and haircut. It was absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted - I was very specific about how I wanted the highlights so I brought pictures with me and he did such a great job. I dyed them out for the winter but will definitely come back to him if I get them again.

Love this place. Always welcoming and very friendly. The girls are amazing and the prices are fair. Love the head massage also.
