Great service and very clean rooms. We upgraded to a view of Big Ben and the houses of Parliament, and wow what a sight to wake up to every day. Highly recommended, good location as well close to all forms of public transport.

Great hotel. Very busy but a fantastic location. Good view from our studio across Westminster Bridge. Good choice of restaurants and the breakfast good. Will stay again. Staff very attentive. Keep up the good work Park Plaza!

Great location. Beautiful view of Ben Ben every night. Great service. We felt very secure even after 11p because the security asks everyone for their room key to verify. Great location to the Waterloo station or just walk across Westminster Bridge to big Ben and Westminster station.

This place is mainly the place to go if you want a good view. The views from my room was incredible. However I had a suite and the rooms were good. Nothing amazing or special. Good was pretty good too. Overall an ok/good hotel.

Check in took far too long. There was a trainee performing check-in. I understand this isn't an issue, but the issue was the fact that said trainee had no assistance. Routine check-in took nearly 45 minutes. We were uninformed that we were to be staying in the Handicap accessible rooms. This changes lots of the interactions for someone uninformed (toilets, showers, and alarms in the room). It would have been nice to be asked, or at minimum informed about the situation. The rest of the hotel amenities were fine. Checkout was simple and services were high quality.
