Was quiet on a Sunday night. Was expecting small portions, but the Persian based good came in portions that were too big for either of us to finish, with a nice crisp salad.

Not great. Good location, but, upon arrival the elevator was broken and being on the top floor (90 steps) our days were worked around going up and down stairs. Then THEY DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR THE ROOM AND TREATED ME AS IF IT WERE MY FAULT AND I'M TOO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND MY OWN CARD STATEMENT. Until it got sorted and a refund was issued, there was no admission that they MIGHT have made a mistake. Between this and the snobby staff and crap towels, save your money and go elsewhere.

Went for afternoon tea on a Groupon deal and was generally very happy with the deal. We had a nice afternoon slot, the food was tasty and there was enough of it, and the champagne was lovely too. The afternoon tea was served in a room which is in the basement, so I wouldn't recommend it on a sunny day, as you do feel down in the dungeons a bit, but having said that its still a nice room.

Rude and lazy staff, unreliable service, terrible value for money,
My parents came to visit us in London, and stayed in the "flat", since they were there for over a week and wanted self catering.
The flat was advertised as luxurious and the pictures posted were beautiful. In reality the flat was shabby. Colour peeling off the walls, broken tiles, worn furniture, leaking taps, and dirty dishes in the kitchen cupboards.
The flat is spread over 3 floors, with 4 sets of very steep stairs. NOT mentioned anywhere in the descriptions.
Cleaning was supposed to happen every day. We had to call housekeeping 4 times and ask them to send cleaners.
Since the kitchen table had horrible stains, we bought a lovely colourful tablecloth to put on it, which the cleaning staff then proceeded to bleach, and destroy! We were promised compensation by the very rude hotel receptionist. needless to say that never happened.
Will never stay there again.
