Awful. Room was booked and paid for but was asked to move to another hotel in Paddington due to a booking error. The receptionist was tardy, rude and served others while serving me which made both of us feel uncomfortable. Booked due to location but was moved anyway. Never again.

I stayed in a functional but dated room on the 3rd floor. The room was barely wider than the length of the bed, and some might find moving around the room difficult. Decor needs updating and there are surface mounted sockets in strange places. Bathroom small but again functional with a shower over the bath with reasonable pressure and steady temperature. So generally clean but getting a bit shabby round the edges.

Such a lovely hotel. If you have the option do choose the premium rooms.
The staff can't do enough for you and the room was so quiet and comfortable with lots of added extras.
With a lovely little bar downstairs which serve Costa coffee too. A perfect location for easy access to the museum's and everything else accessible via 2 local tubes whixh are around a 5 and 8 minute walk from the hotel.

I really like this hotel.
The location is so great, it's near by earl's court station.
So I stayed this hotel 3 times.
But yesterday when I packing my luggage, I couldn't find my white shirt. So weird.
I hung my shirt in the closet.
I told to the reception and he said if he find the shirt, he'll send it to me.
But It's so precious shirt to me , so It feels bad.
I really like this hotel.
