We stayed here for six nights in a suite. We had to ask for towels for 4 not just the two they provided. We had to ask for coffee and also enough pillows for us all. The breakfast buffet had many choices but some of the hot food was cold. The hallways were grubby and had empty glasses left outside some of the rooms. I will point out that the staff were very friendly and helpful but because this hotel is so big with so many guests it shows that some of the little things are not able to be covered. The location in the West of London was great and easy walk to the trains and many many shops

Extremely pleasant stay, immaculately clean, lovely and helpful reception staff, great food from the bar/restaurant. A very enjoyable stay indeed. Just surprised to pay for parking (although at a reduced rate of £1.50 per hour!) plus 'service charge' automatically added onto food bill - but I guess that's just London's exploitative nature! Great Hotel though, I would love to return one day.

Smooth, friendly check-in. Receptionist was very helpful, she found us a room with a view and close to the elevators (when requested). Room was comfortable. Bar staff were very professional and friendly as were restaurant staff. Restaurant dining was good, breakfast was adequate. Location is great (close to tube and bus stops), convenient shops in Hammersmith Tube Station and about 40 minutes (depending on traffic) from Heathrow. Overall, would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Great service. Diego checked us in and was very helpful in helping us get to know the neighborhood and transportation around. Our stay was great, had good drinks at the bar and breakfast was very good too.
Room was clean and comfortable. Location, so close to Hammersmith underground station is excellent. Safe neighborhood too.

Very nice 1 night stay. Very good breakfast, Always topped up. Rooms clean and tidy. Although only a plug on 1 side of the bed, and this plug did not work properly. Plenty of other plugs around the room. 2 hairdryers to choose from. And good shower gel and shampoo provided. Nice late check out time. Overall a very relaxing experience.
