We only spent a night there to see a gig, but the room was clean and the staff were nice. Breakfast was decent, although you have to take an unlimited buffet option and it would have been nice to have a standard menu as well.

Quite spacious, more than expected. Everywhere in room and bathroom really clean. Comfortable bed.

Stayed here for a few nights for a concert at the O2 arena. Situated near town centre & tube stop and was able to get to the venue easily. Staff were helpful particularly one lady (whose name I forget sorry!) who made me a cup of coffee whilst the bar was shut. Room was clean & tidy. Bed made & towels replenished daily. Providing price is reasonable, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a good hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is good and the room rates are decent value as well.

Another Premier Inn that didn't disappoint, I slept like a log. In fact, I slept so well that I didn't hear the apparent fire alarm that went off during the night (had an apology letter under the door). Don't know whether that's due to me being ridiculously shattered or just a testament to the comfy bed.
Location is great, it's London so you can pretty much get anywhere from anywhere in a nifty time using the good old tubes. The room I stayed in wasn't one of the newer ones I've been in at Premier hotels, not sure if this is the case throughout the entire hotel. For example, the TV was a little small and not mounted on the wall directly in front of the bed, and there's no USBs on the plug sockets at the desk. No biggy though, still a good room nonetheless.
