The hotel is fantastic with gorgeous views of London if you manage to get a high room - there are 14 floors. The pool downstairs is nice with a good jacuzzi and with a steam room and sauna which is also fantastic and easily accessed. If you get a chance to order in the food, it is absolutely delicious and combined with the view makes for a fantastic evening in after a busy day in London! My only complaint would be that whilst breakfast is delicious and extensive, the service is slow and generally a bit poor and is a shame given how good everything else is!

This is my go to hotel in London. In the heart of the city. Has great facilities. Good rooms all clean, comfortable and well done out. Good breakfast and bar too.

Nice place in the city center - 5 min walk from Tower Bridge. Big rooms with everything you need for short stay.
What I didn’t like - communication with reception desk, there are several rude people and I don’t know how they still work in a luxury 5 star hotel (as written on their webpage).
I would recommend this place but be careful with reception staff.

Wonderful, spacious rooms. The food is excellent although there can be a wait for breakfast when it is busy. The decor has a lovely modern feel. The spa, gym and pool are clean and well equipped. Overall an excellent hotel for the price.
