This hotel is great for business and pleasure. Well positioned for tube (London Bridge) and sites such as The Tate Modern. The rtoms are well appointed and the staff are great. The restaurant and room service is what loses the final star for me. The choice is limited and uninspiring. But breakfast is fab and as a business user it is always my first choice.

There was a very warm welcome. Our room was wonderfully clean and the bathroom looked almost new. Bed very comfortable. The breakfast the following morning was good but not all that hot and a bit greasy but I would still visit again.

The best hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff are so polite I felt like I was VIP. The check in and check out were so quick. The room was so luxurious. There was a fridge equipped with water and milk for the coffee. The bed was very comfortable and they had pillows which felt great for my back. The bathroom was the best place. I love the colour scheme and the shower was so amazing. Also, we had a great view of London. In the middle so it was easy to get to places. I would definitely stay here again, wish I tried the breakfast but next time!

The room was really nice. A really decent size, and clean to the highest standard.
We ordered room service breakfast on the first morning and it was the worst breakfast we have EVER had!
Truly disgusting.
The meat looked like a carcass. The eggs looked so strange, inedible.
My partners breakfast was the vegetarian option. She did not get away lightly! The vege sausages looked like they were cooked last week and re heated 5 times in between.
Mushrooms from a can were actually the nicest thing on the plate.
The room was really nice. A really decent size, and clean to the highest standard.

Nice modern room. The staff were excellent, very polite from bar staff, reception and housekeeping. All very informative and helpful.
The location of this hotel was excellent for the major attractions and tube stations.
In a room with lots of modern technology I was surprised not to find a soft close toilet seat, given everything else seemed well thought out.
