Fantastic Service by Robbie , whom took time to tell me about the different types of tree's as well as the after care, was not pushy nor rude but was polite and helpful, loved the tree netting machine as well as the selection of tree's to choose from , i will definitely recommend to friends and family where to buy the trees from PINES&NEEDLES!! Keep up the good work, Seasons Greetings...

Was enticed by the kilts worn by a staff member whom spent time to explain the different types of tree's and history of the company, i normally use to buy my tree's from a different provider but from now on will use pines& needles, a big thank you to robbie & aram at brick lane, nothing but fantastic service and a smile not to mention the kilts on display lol..keep up the good work guys !!!

Abid at the brick lane shop was seriously helpful and full of festive spirit. He even went the extra mile to ensure we actually got the tree we picked via delivery later that eve (having had issue in previous years with other services). Cheers Abid. Merry Christmas.
